Digital Products and Online Programs

Our digital products, including the Ground Up Movement Academy, online courses, masterclasses, and other digital content, are made available immediately after your purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. You also acknowledge that, once access has been granted and delivery has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

As a result, digital products and online programs cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once access has been provided.

Live Trainings, Workshops and Events

For live trainings, workshops, retreats, and other events taking place on a specific date, the cancellation terms stated for the relevant event and/or in our General Terms and Conditions apply.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the type of event and the timing of your cancellation, alternative arrangements may be available.
